Refund policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because our orders enter processing quickly upon purchase, we offer a 15-minute cancellation window. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email us immediately at ironrootgarden@gmail.com within 15 minutes of purchase. Once an order enters fulfillment, it cannot be canceled prior to delivery.

RETURNS (14-DAY POLICY)

We accept returns for a refund within 14 days of original delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Email us at ironrootgarden@gmail.com with your order number and item details.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and shipping directions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ironrootgarden@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will promptly take action on it.
